常见问题
找不到应援棒
确认应援棒已开机并靠近 iPhone，在系统设置中允许 SupWand 使用蓝牙，然后返回“连接设备”页面点击刷新。
灯光命令没有响应
确认页面显示设备“已连接”，并检查应援棒电量、距离和固件兼容性。断开后可重新进入连接流程。
线上房间无法加载
确认网络可用并重新登录。若仍失败，请在 App 的“我的—帮助反馈”中导出版本、系统和复现步骤后发送给支持邮箱。
Frequently Asked Questions
The lightstick does not appear
Power on the lightstick and keep it near the iPhone. Allow Bluetooth access for SupWand in Settings, then refresh the Connect Device screen.
Lighting commands do not respond
Confirm that the device is shown as Connected and check battery level, distance, and firmware compatibility. Re-enter the connection flow after a disconnect.
Online rooms do not load
Confirm internet access and sign in again. If the issue continues, export version, system, and reproduction details from My — Help & Feedback and email support.
永久删除账号 · Permanently Delete an Account
在 App 中打开“我的—关于 App—删除账号”，阅读提示并完成二次确认。删除后，全部登录会话会被撤销，账号个人信息和关联房间数据会按照《隐私政策》删除或匿名化。该操作不可撤销。
In the app, open My — About App — Delete Account, review the notice, and complete the secondary confirmation. All sessions are revoked and account personal information and related room data are deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy. This action cannot be undone.
如果无法进入 App，可使用上方邮箱提交删除请求。为保护账号安全，支持人员会先验证你对相关手机号的控制权。
If you cannot access the app, email the address above to request deletion. Support will verify control of the associated phone number before processing the request.
